Interesting email from pennystockprediction.com received at 6pm EST...

TODAY'S PICK IS:MNAI
Good Afternoon Traders,

We have a simple formula for finding what we call our "market freaks". These are stocks that have an underlying stock structure that allows for extraordinary percentage price movement once some kind of initial momentum is established.

The best stocks for this type of profile are often very thin and basically unknown.

We spend a lot of our time searching far and wide to find these opportunities. But we seldom find them. They are considered the diamonds in the rough in the penny stock world.

Long story short... they're really hard to find.

Keep your chin up because we have great news for you. We have found another one of our so called Market Freaks

Introducing Monar International, Inc

Symbol: MNAI

Quote: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=MNAI&ql=1

Latest News: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=MNAI+Headlines

Our Newest Monster Squeeze Candidate:

Monar International Inc. (OTCBB:MNAI)

Okay, first, about the company:

Ostensibly, MNAI was previously tethered to alternative energy. But the company just filed an 8K with the SEC with the item announcing the completion of a restructuring of the company's equity to allow for an immediate acquisition in the transportation industry.

This is no doubt a strategy to serve two purposes: First, the obvious one, which is to build their business and increase shareholder value by effective allocation of capital and resources.

And if they are set to emerge with a hot hand in the transportation space, then that may be enough (and probably is) to be involved here on the long side of the stock, which should become much more liquid and reflect this new direction.

Now for the part that REALLY matters to us:

The second purpose of this strategy is that the company is bubbling up into a holding play to acquire legitimacy, stave off delisting risk, and increase share price SIGNIFICANTLY through constricting the float.

It's something like a reverse merger situation, because the ticker "MNAI" is probably about to refer to a transportation company with a substantial increase in tangible assets under the hood.

This implies a few things, but ALL OF THEM ARE EXTREMELY BULLISH.

The ownership at top tier is reorganizing its financial cap table to make room for a new company. But there is obviously other capital at work here, or this 8k wouldn't make any sense without an offering filing.

So, long story short, it's another Pro's play here guys, but we will try to explain as well as we can.

There are 44 owners of the stock on record.
They just told us they are NOT selling. And since this 8K was not accompanied by a share offering announcement, the capitalization is not going to change.
That wraps it up for the float, which is now effectively eliminated in practice.
The ticker MNAI will suddenly refer to a company with revenues, major headline potential, legitimacy, no float, and a much higher price.
This is a lot of inside baseball but the long and the short of the situation is as follows:

Trading in the stock was already thin. But before this filing, the stock acted like it had a decent float, which could make it heavy on any positive announcements (because in a stock trading at this type of price, it is always the large holders that stop momentum and create the float).

But we know who the owners are, and we know they are now in the business of becoming essentially another company within the structure of Monar International.

We can also infer, given the wording of the 8K that they may have been concerned about a delisting in the future (which will now no longer be a concern after this coming event).

That means any buying (any at all) on the secondary market for MNAI should simply push the price of the stock higher, possibly by large leaps.

Provided they plan to actually follow through with the implications of this filing, then the following series of events should play out:

MNAI will become extremely light, and increasingly likely to float up through a vacuum.
MNAI standing short interest will probably try to hold on, but it will be tough, and short covering may occur quickly (aggressive buying by those who were betting on the eventual bankruptcy, delisting, or death of the company).
MNAI investor relations and management will embark on a series of PR announcements as the company moves into partnership or ownership in the transportation sector. As stated in the filing:
" Targeted sectors include services such as auto/vehicle transport, drive away services, fleet management, etc. Currently Monar has identified several acquisition prospects, all with years of operating history and revenues."

When an acquisition occurs, anyone betting on downward movement due to inactivity of the company will be forced to cover as well, and insiders and owners of record will continue to aggressively acquire increasing stakes.

And you can make a gargantuan return if you get involved as this process takes root.

Have fun, enjoy the ride, and don't spend it all in one place!

Best regards,

PSP EDITOR
