I am the attorney who filed the complaint on behalf of Greenwave against Raptor et al. I was truly amazed (and disturbed) at what we discovered during the DD prior to filing the complaint.

Unfortunately, Greenwave, like many of you, was a victim of Raptor's fraudulent enterprise. As a result, Greenwave simply did not have the resources to chase down Raptor's owners and their co-conspirators after two of their law firms withdrew from the case.

I am sending a letter to Pam Bondi, our AG, regarding Raptor. If any of you would like to provide any information regarding Raptor, its principals, or its co-conspirators, including their attorneys, please feel free to send me an email at dryoung@young-lawfirm.com.
