Professional Con man perhaps - Javan King and friends
Here's what a professional placed in the public domain
seems that "professional" merely removed a letter to the editor page out of a October 2012 quarterly and replaced it with that CDFT report. Doesn't appear to have changed anything else in the quarterly. Pretty sketchy if you ask me!
