There's nothing to "acquire"

ARTFEST has been revoked by the SEC and the shares are worthless. How can Eddie "acquire" something that doesn't exist? He incorporated a personal, private company by that same name in Wyoming on 6/13/2013. Eddie is the only director and he has granted this non-public company the right to create "unlimited shares."

Check this PR. Who but Eddie, his family and a few close cronies could suddenly claim to have "over 2 billion shares"? IMO he/they bartered something utterly worthless for a piece of the action in PRPM. note that he has given himself until Sept 30th to pull off this swindle. Also note where he said

I believe that at least another billion plus will be retired and converted from the ProTek shareholders as well. These results will be posted on a monthly basis, until the final Action Date of September 30th, 2013.

I've not seen any posting of anything by him about this.

"DALLAS, TX – June 20, 2013 – ProTek Capital, Inc. (OTC PK: PRPM) ("the Company") announces today that the management of Artfest International Inc., was able to report to ProTek Capital Inc., that Artfest was able to gather over Two Billion ( 2,000,000,000) of Artfest Free Trading shares. These shares will be exchanged for ProTek preferred class specifically designed and issued for this transaction and will carry an exchange rate to common, and a dividend provision. Although the actual numbers have not been officially verified, the two billion mark was clearly achieved and the management of both companies feels comfortable to firmly state these numbers. This exchange is also being offered to current and future ProTek Shareholders who are participating prior to September 30th, 2013 share exchange closing date.
