Wow, I hope everyone takes a good look at your post.
I'll tackle these one by one:
**********************************************
Milions in stock sales:
Sometime a few years back, I'm sure that, only in response to repetitive posts about LYJN about to go BK, R/S, diluting, etc., etc., I pointed that Lyric probably raised a couple million during the 2010 promo.
The misleading info that you just provided shows the amount that was raised only during Q1 2011, $150,000.
Your statement:

Pay attention to the " sale of common stock " item.......as you will see it IS NOT in the MILLIONS as was stated by a MODERATOR on LYJN's site.

Fact:
If you scroll down to the statement of shareholder's equity for Q1 2010 provided here:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LYJN&id=33967
and compare that to Q1 2011, proveded here:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LYJN&id=52712
You will see that during 2010 LYJN raised about $800k. Not quite into the millions, but I was just taking a shot in the dark in response to the claims of imminent BK, R/S, etc.

Next is this link to the court case:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52194244
Which states only the following:

Lyric Jeans, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LYJN) today announced that on April 18, 2012, the California Superior Court entered an Order approving the settlement of a case brought by Christopher Balseiro against Lyric Jeans for loans and/or advances in excess of $75,800 purportedly made during the period 2007 through 2010 inclusive. Pursuant to the terms of the Order, Lyric Jeans agreed to issue immediately to Mr. Balseiro or his designee 23,109,437 shares of its common stock in full settlement of the matter.

That's ALL. Doesn't say that Hanna had No money, why it wasn't paid, or what exactly it was for.
We do know, however that this guy was somehow tied to the scum that were involved with LYJN in the early years, and who were busted by the SEC for stock fraud in other companies.
Balseiro - Sepe - Halperin connection:

My guess is that Hanna probably had a good reason for not paying this guy.

Now this one is really good!
You use a PR from 2010 about a collection of 200,000 LYRIX tees at TARGET. Then you actually substitute the word Walmart for Target, as if the mere substitution of store names discounts the Lyric Nation shirts at 1000s of Walmarts starting in January 2012 and continuing today(estimated at 1 million shirts per year, easily).
Here's the ink to the 2010 PR that you provide:

The other links that you provide to conversation on this board aren't even worth responding to.
