Here is why I say 26 Million in Float...

As of December 2012 51,000,000 were issued as Restricted, also though Viorra owns 36,000,000 Restricted at Date of Merger, plus 14,000,000 were issued with regards to a convertible note as Restricted.

That's 101,000,000 of 127,000,000 hence 26,000,000!

I could be wrong, but will call T.A. next week.
