1. We know that the court has issued an order on the Motion to Dismiss, but we do not know what that order is. It could go against the Motion to Dismiss.

2. Even if the Motion to Dismiss was granted, it only means that the Fallacaros have had to pay up what is owed, including attorneys fees to get the Foreclosure proceedings dismissed.

3. If #2 is the case, where do you think that the Fallacaros got the money to catch up on what is owed?

What probably happened is that the sleazy Fallacro raised money in a private placement with his J3 private entity with the promise to transfer the MBS GTGP technology over to J3, hence the recent announcement on the sale of "the company" by criminal enterprise GTGP.

and what does this mean for GTGP stockholders?

they will continue on the path to get ZEROED OUT OF THE VALUE OF THEIR GTGP SHARES.
