Toronto, Ontario – August 7th, 2013 – InterAmerican Gaming Inc. (“IAG” or the “Company”) (OTC PINK: IAGM) is pleased to announce that version 2.01 of its SoFit Mobile social gaming platform for the health and fitness industry is officially compatible with select Life Fitness cardio machines worldwide.

Now, in addition to using SoFit outside on smartphones using GPS to keep active, earn points, badges and rewards, as well as raise money and awareness for a favourite charity, SoFit users can extend their experience even further by plugging in to select Life Fitness cardio machines at their local gyms.

In February 2013, SoFit, an operating subsidiary of IAG, announced a collaboration with Life Fitness, the global leader in fitness equipment manufacturing. Soon after, in March, the SoFit/Life Fitness collaboration was demonstrated at the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) trade show in Las Vegas, where attendees could test the application on a Life Fitness Treadmill, raising upwards of $4,000 in seven hours for the Augie’s Quest Challenge.

Life Fitness cardio machines can be found in most fitness club chains such as 24 Hour Fitness, Bally Total Fitness, Equinox Fitness, GoodLife Fitness and Life Time Fitness. At the time of this release, the SoFit app is compatible with tens of thousands of the Life Fitness cardio machines worldwide, and it is projected to be live on hundreds of thousands at select locations over the next year.
