IF the stock doesn't fall further than it's current all-time-low of $.004 (a massive IF given the dilution), the settlement will provide 141 million new shares.
To put that in perspective, the last reported DKAM O/S was 29 million shares.
So the company is looking at an O/S almost 500% of what it was when last reported.
And if the price falls by 80% (as one would expect), then new O/S will be 25 times the last one, and on and on, ad infinatum. Which certainly suggests DKAM's trend to $.0001 and another reverse split is likely to accelerate.
Not a good time to be a DKAM shareholder.
