Important TRTC Question !!

How could Finance Companies Sell TRTC shares only be SEC
registered, but until today not even been handed to them ??

Everybody on this Board like to see Your Answer !!
As accepted answer could only be by evidence Documents or Links
and not only personal opinion based experiences as by the 44 Mn,
where we cannot know the credentials !

The above according SEC Reality and TRTC Information, but Some
False calls it “Magna is relentless selling will not end till bmak is
gone“, or also like to call it Dilution or Death- Spiral where there
is effective according TRTC Agreements Conditions not anything
like that existing, beside some small Dilution at OTC Markets of
only about 1 Mn !!
