TAEC very well could be the next RAYS !
Both had dropped to Triple 000's
Note that RAYS took 8-months,
from November to June,
to Retrace most of it's decline.
So far, TAEC has had a 7-month decline,
from it's high of 0.025 set in January.
TAEC could have a strong move-up in August !!
