sent an email to my son asking him to check out the eskayef bangladesh company. They are located in Dhaka where my son is stationed at the US Embassy so he should be able to do some basic detective work and see if they have local phone numbers and addresses. Also asked about the parent company, who is supposed to be quite large in Bangladesh. We'll see what he comes back with.

Called IR Paul Cornell and asked him a few questions. He says he's been with the company for 3 years and hasn't gone to visit them in India but is convinced they are for real. Expects to be SEC reporting by year end and for the stock price to appreciate once that has been accomplished. We talked about the super low trading volume and he had no immediate answers for that. Said he has contacts with some institutions that can't invest because of the lack of SEC reporting. Of course many of those also can't invest in .30 stocks either but the SEC reporting is a good start.
