"OOPS somebody's busted - I got a response from Mr. Carl. He is no longer involved with HESC and there is no potential merger between Progressive Environmental Services LLC and HERC.

Below is a screen shot of his response (my email info removed for privacy purposes)

Like I said HERC is a dead shell and Mr. Carl is not involved with HERC at all. This was nothing but a stock manipulation scheme fueled by false information.

HERC is so obviously a pump and dump scam supported by lies and distortions it's almost comical.
