i was around when SIPN hit .045 ish a few weeks back and from watching it closely since, most are averaged mid 2's and higher simply because practically all of the volume was into the run.

many have sold for loses to free remaining capital while undoubtedly there are also those who feel nothing will ever become of SIPP International Industries...

..all the while, obviously someone including market makers i suspect keep scooping up cheapies..

the ol classic transference of wealth (in this case shares) from the impatient to the patient -

all we have to go on is history...and my bet is well, she looks like she like to Run to me! ;0)
