Introduction For The Better Understanding :

Surprisingly by my English I could do well for TRTC achieving $ 0,61
closing- peak at February 6, 2013 and by my Clean MJ Stocks Market
Support could all MJ Stocks Profit from the wide spread Publications
made in the general Investors Field, not only as within iHub- Forums.

Since end of 2012, I’m supporting the matter related to TRTC, because
there are no other such companies at Stock Markets and this mainly
for the humans and US population to become now the quality food
they desperately need as Heath & Economy Precaution for the future.
Accordingly when I do publications to support this matter, its only
so that I show a picture as “Look here what this is and decide by
yourself by doing your own personal DD and final Conclusions.”
As result I’m never telling anybody “What to do” and refuse Pumpers
and Bashers, just try to be as neutral objective as possible, that’s All.
It also means, if I find-out something not the way it suppose to be, I
will also act adequately. Based by honesty never changed direction !!

2. Important History of TRTC’s Price Fall as from $ 0,61 to 0,10 !!

This not to blame anybody, but to keep in mind as a learning- lesson
for never again to repeat or allow this to happen, because as for any
Company to get a Good Image or Reputation is hard and takes a long
time, but to damage is easy quickly done, where any recovery from as
often seems to be nearly impossible !
But TRTC Will Prevail By Time And This Also Cost Investors Money !!

A) The so called dilution, but effectively not, became known
at March 27th by the SEC 10-K and 8-K filing of March 26th
where the stock closed at $ 0,20 and March 27th resulting
closed at $ 0,165 !
Before as since January 2013 it was TRTC informed, for the
merger the outstanding common stocks would be increased
by 3 Mn only, which created a little dip at Jan. 17th and 18th
from before av. $ 0,46 to 0,42 and after increased again up-
to at Feb. 6th even reached its $ 0,61 Closing- Peak !!

B) At Feb. 6th after Market Closing the campaign against
TRTC by below WEB Post intensively started publicly by
Emails or PMs to 138 Followers or Participants made !

C) The TRTC Blackmailing-, Scaring Tactics-, Stock talking to Trash-
as Bashing- Campaign, intensified by the Posts as of Feb. 3rd but
definitive by above WEB Post of Feb. 6th to until not so long ago.

The Results of this as from Feb. 7th can very clear been seen
at below CNBC Advanced Chart set 6 Months Mode, where
with curser the daily open, high, low, close and volume can
be seen, for everybody day by day to check themselves !

D) As known when the Price Started To Reduce, Short- Investors
as from Feb. 12th started to get into TRTC as of today with daily
Shorted - Volumes of about 20 - 40 %. Would get very interesting
when by average the Shorted- Volume would become less 10 % !
Seems once Shorts in some Stock, not so easy to get RID- Off.
