Not really.

Anyone who has done any proper DD on RAYS and the recidivist crooks behind it can immediately tell that RAYS is a pump and dump scam, and as such it will play out like all the other penny stock scams out there, right down to the naive and gullible marks who continue to defend the scamsters even after all their money has been stolen, as well as the traders who pretend they are longs while selling hand-over-fist.

All a bit yawnworthy, I'm afraid.
