It has been known that WDCO had been actively supporting the APS cartel since at least the POTG promotion.

There were a handful of people talking about WDCO putting up huge bids to help support the APS pump&dumps going back to POTG and MILV, but it was during the AMWI promotion that it became extremely obvious to anybody with L2 what was going on.

There are dozens of posts about WDCO being APS's market maker on AMWI message boards in early December of 2011.

The first time that anybody bothered to publish anything linking WDCO to the APS cartel was on 12/29/11 during the NSRS promotion when both stockhaven and pumpsandumps mentioned the market manipulation by WDCO on the same day

The pumpsanddumps report took the WDCO involvement much further using several screen shots of L2 to show how WDCO was actively helping manipulate the market for APS.

But yes it was pumpsanddumps that also documented through several L2 screen shots just how obvious it is that WDCO was helping to manipulate the market for the APS cartel on 6/3/12 during the GWBU promotion.

Promotion Stock Secrets was the first one to break the story about the Denver WDCO office closing its doors. The Denver office was the office run by Anthony Kerrigone which was involved in helping the APS cartel for more than 2 years.
