It's clear that the insiders don't have confidence in EDIG stock as an investment.

Of the reporting insiders, only Eric Polis and Fred Falk have any kind of position and Polis has been selling.

Allen Cocumelli owns only 1,000 shares and neither Renee Warden nor MarDee Haring-Layton own any stock at all despite hundreds of thousands of options.

I compared Polis' reported holdings (excluding unexercised options) in the most recent 10-K v. the previous 10-K and see that his holdings in the FY 2012 10-K included 133,000 shares held by The Polis Charitable Foundation of which he is an officer. Although never reported as sold those shares were not included in the FY 2013 10-K.

Checking the math, Polis's net holdings show a decrease of 546,280 shares between the two 10-Ks, of which only 413,280 shares were reported, leaving the sale of 133,000 shares not reported when sold. Because they were previously included in his holdings, the sale was required to be timely reported on Form 4.

Adding yesterday's sales, Polis' reported holdings have decreased by 661,280 shares since the FY 2012 10-K. His holdings (excluding unexercised options) are now 2,886,837.

FWIW, Fred Falk may have done some dumping a few years ago during the time when he was no longer on the BOD and wasn't reporting his transactions.
