NORTH PALM BEACH, Florida, July 17, 2013 – David Loren Corporation (OTC: DLCR) today announced that it has appointed Warren Sheppard as Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary effective, July 5, 2013. Mr. Sheppard replaces David Cohen, who has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary. Beachwood Capital, LLC, sold 67,163,048 common shares and 3,000,000 preferred shares, representing majority control of the company to More Superannuation Fund, an Australian fund.
