I heard a thing that said the next logical step is to get a civil wrongful death suit against zimmerwimp. like ron goldman's family did against OJ. the standards are much lower than a criminal case. That way, if the pillsbury dough boy profits off his crime, such as a ghostwritten book or Jenny Craig commercials for weight loss, the Martin family will be compensated.

But i also heard that Florida has really wacky laws about that stuff... unlike most other states, a wrongful death suit can be dismissed at the drop of a hat in florida, i don't know what the details are. But one would think there would be some such mechanism in place for civil wrongful death to help balance the scales.
