Regards SCM, you can look at the docket and figure out that no one could have guessed all the interesting ways they came up with to delay. Its back into trial now though, and I would figure SCM is running out of options. The very reason they were attempting to delay a trial to me indicates their view on whether they will prevail. If they had a case, they could have spent a lot less money just going to trial and winning.

For the other cases, just look at the scheduling orders/reports for those cases on pacer. Walgreens is filed. If mediation doesn't work out, you at least know when the trials are scheduled.

Jardogs proof of service just filed. Hoping to see a scheduling order sometime after Jardogs files their answer to MMR's complaint. Their answer is due before end of July (21 day response after proof of service if I am not mistaken).

We already know the deal behind WebMD- agreement for further settlement talks and Quest- Talks ongoing, though MMR needs to file service soon 8/10 would be 120 days after MMR' filed claim (4/10)
