As of April 30, 2013,
the Company had just under 21 million common shares issued and outstanding. Based on the growing investment demand for online gaming plays, the launch of their first online casino, and plans to acquire itself into the mobile gaming business, ELRA could easily justify a price of $0.40 per share, which would still only equate to a $8 million market cap.
