If either party feels the Court is not performing his duty, they could file for a Writ of Mandamus, which is an extraordinary remedy that would probably do nothing but piss the judge off, so it's really not an option for either party at this point. The big bucks of the case are still in HJJ's hands. Not a good time to pull on superman's cape. GOOG is in no hurry, and VRNG simply can't afford to tick off the judge right now with the RR ruling before him. The ball is still in HJJ's court, and no party is going to jump the net and go and try to make him shoot it. One would think he would issue his final rulings before GOOG files its appellate brief, but one might be wrong as sin in thinking that. LOL
