Ironridge is a well known toxic funder

the JAMN stock price will drop to below the .30 when the Ironridge deal was announced

here are but a few examples of the destruction in stock price caused by the Ironridge toxic funding:


ECDC - Issued shares to IronRidge on 4/23/12 was trading at $.0043/share then, now trading at $.0003/share

STKO - Issued shares to IronRidge on 4/26/12 was trading at $.0045/share then, now trading at $.0012/share

HMNC - Issued shares to IronRidge on 4/20/12 was trading at $.44/share then, now trading at $.14/share

UCHC - Issued shares to IronRidge on 5/21/12 was trading at $.0027/share then, now trading at $.0002/share now

SAPX - Issued shares to IronRidge on 5/31/12 was trading at $.052/share then, SAPX a 1:70 reverse split after price fell to $.019/share on 9/4/12

VELA - Issued shares to IronRidge on 7/5/12 was trading at $.009/share then, dropped to $.003/share then VELA did a 1:100 reverse split on 7/24/12


Regarding the AVTC stock price, it is headed to below the .50 level, unless it gets suspended by the SEC, then we are talking .05 - .10 level after the 10 day suspension ends and it is trading in the greysheets

comments on iron ridge/avtc deal...

have no idea if they are a toxic financing company...

all i know is what i see with other iron ridge deals....

and with JAMN, an avtc partner ... ever since iron ridge was introduced to JAMN...

(around the .30 cent range)

jamn is currently UP 50%... TO AROUND .45 CENTS...

and jamn made a run to .65 cents....in mid to late june...

so, right now, jamn shareholders have no problems with iron ridge.

so, it may work out with avtc & ironridge.... we will see

decide for your self...and you always have to look at 2 side of an issue.... good luck to all
