We have a share count of over 5 million shares, with another million or two unable to email but willing to add to total of committed shares if anything can or will be done to send a message to management or propose something where the shareholders of this company feel that mangement interests are in line with ours. I think it is all about accountability here, like it is in any company. If mistakes are made, or if performance lacks, there needs to be changes made, or additions to make sure checks and balances are in place. I think this BOD has been cut a lot of slack over the years. I will also admit, that they have done some good things as well, we can not complain about two Phase III approvals and of course AVID is the star poster child, but something still doesn't add up. I think some major answers need to be provided on or prior to conference call, if not, then I do not think we as shareholders shoould just sit back and allow some of the things that have gone on here to just go by the wayside without some type of pushback. We do own a percentage of this company and do/will have a voice.
Not sure what that percentage is or how we do it, but that is the reason for this tabulation. Of course just IMHO, but I can tell you based upon input and responses I have received, I think the majority of us are happy with the science, not so happy or comfortable or trustworthy of the way management has handled things the last few years. Just too many issues with no concrete answers.

As I was writing this, reminds me of the story I tell my kids and friends of why bad things happen, I explain that in God's tapestry of life, we are looking at the back of the rug, we don't know why things happen. One day when we get to heaven, God turns the rug over and shows a beautiful picture and part of the picture was why the bad things or challenges happen. It was part of the big picture. I hope management has a big beautiful picture to show us!!
