Background & History George A. Sharp, born George Andrew Helischauer in January 1960, is, simply stated, nothing more than a self declared thief, a flat out fraud. Mr. Sharp, or Mr. Helischauer as there is no apparent legal filing with a change of name to be found, refers to himself as a goniff – defined as a thief or a fraud. The definition appears to be, well, perfectly suited to describe Mr… whatever his real name is. Despite all this, we do know that Mr. Helischauer does exist in one way or another as he has what appears to be a valid social security number - 570-93-5121 – though it seems to have been issued to…Mr. Helischauer (as opposed to Mr. Sharp). In a series of articles, we will endeavor to unmask the true identity of this dual name crusading, market manipulating, and serial litigating fraudster. Let’s start with the simple stuff – since 1996, Mr. Helischauer has used a whopping 20 different addresses in San Diego, Orange, Sacramento and Los Angeles Counties. Could this be as a result of trying to avoid the Internal Revenue Service, or maybe it’s because of all those California Franchise Tax Board Liens? Actually, in Mr. Helischauer’s case, it’s both! Even more impressive than his use of at least 20 addresses since 1996, is the fact that Mr. Helischauer is able to relocate as much as he does considering the fact that he has no car in his name! In fact, Mr. Helischauer doesn’t seem to own any real property either…Most people that fall into this category live modestly. But Mr. Helischauer is no ordinary person – he seems to enjoy evading taxes and abusing the system for his own self-enrichment. Seeing as he lacks any ownership of a residence and of a car, where does he live? What would someone that seems to lack any assets drive? Trying to apply conventional wisdom to such a person quickly fails – we need to think like him, like a “goniff” – or a thief. In November 2006, Mr. Helischauer was the subject of a Federal Tax Lien, and has also, get this, been the subject of nothing less than FIVE California tax liens…This really begins to explain why he suddenly took up the name George Andrew Sharp – Mr. Helischauer didn’t seem to think that he needed to file taxes. It also seems that, though Mr. Helischauer claims to “legally” have changed his name (he appears to never have actually read the true definition of the word) he forgot to notify the Internal Revenue Service as their lien in 2006 was upon a Mr. Helischauer. Applying his twisted logic, I guess it makes sense that the United States Government failed to get the memo of his name having been changed…Maybe this is more easily explained by the fact that “George A. Sharp” DOESN’T REALLY EXIST!!! Taxes are for the every day hard-working americans like you and I right? Not for high-end stock market manipulators like Mr. Sharp. No sir.
