MICHEL ZGARKA had a busy and fruitful travels, contacts, meetings and distribution pledges.
MICHEL ZGARKA attended and actively participated in three major media, television and films events where he met key decision makers and buyers- MIP TV, Cannes Films Festival and Banff World Media.
MICHEL ZGARKA also met with several Canadian and American broadcasters specifically for SIGNS (the High Concept Prime time scripted drama featuring Gary Dourdan and Karen Strassman) and for Angel of Brothels (the theatrical docudrama).
The SIGNS TV Series property is stronger than it was a few months ago for numerous reasons. These could be categorized in two folds, Canadian funding / broadcasting opportunities and international market interest.
Canadian opportunities
Michel Zgarka presented f ace-to-face and tested the concepts and market values of the above mentioned properties (SIGNS & Angel of Brothels) to numerous buyers and funders. Both properties were received with warm and enthusiastic welcome and will generate within a few weeks written commitments in regards to acquisition for broadcast and funding.
Michel Zgarka also met with the local films /television commissions and that resulted in the advance rulings that both properties are acceptable and will benefit from local grants and tax credits.
SIGNS shall be starting production as early as Summer 2013 in France followed by 3 ? 4 months in Alberta and concluded the production of the last episode in Singapore where a production funding deal was struck with Editude, a local major production company.
International opportunities
Michel Zgarka met with numerous of his international contacts and thus was able to strike several distribution, product placement and licensing agreements for all of the XII Tribes Entertainment properties. Some of these deals were announced recently upon Michel Zgarka return for France (Marvista, Casablanca, Endemol Fiction, etc?)
Michel Zgarka was able to strike a feature package deal with Vision Films (LA based int?l distributor) for the production of 2 theatrical productions over the next 18 months
Michel Zgarka also negotiated a Letter of Intent from Mr Samuel L Jackson to play the lead role in a feature film to be produced by XII Tribes Entertainment.
Michel Zgarka also is proud to announce the executive production agreement it has struck with Screen Addict of France whereby XII Tribes Entertainment shall provide all local (Canada) production talent and crew to all of the productions that Screen Addict with do in Canada.
Archeos Entertainment shall be the Master licensee of all of the properties produced by XII Tribes Entertainment.
Archeos Entertainment shall announce the formation of its new Board as soon as the name and ticker have formally been changed. The Board members are in place and represent the international market that both XII Tribes Entertainment and Archeos Entertainment will cater to.

He is currently in charge of the TV media department, overseeing footage and clip licensing, documentary production and B to C websites and VOD platforms.
A member of the advisory board of 'Impact Media Summit', and Treasurer of TV France International, the association of French TV programs exporters, Vernhet has a long experience in Marketing Research and Marketing Information Systems in various consumers' goods markets.

Georges Lecl?re is a Writer, Creator and Executive Producer. Georges Leclere advises global media companies on television and transmedia projects. He is known worldwide as the expert in international TV program awards. Currently, Leclere is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Russia?s Voina I Mir; and Advisor to China?s Sichuan TV Fest. From 1997-2006, Leclere was Exec Director/SVP of the International Emmy Awards? organization. From 1986-1997, he was TV/Media Director at the UN, following a long, dynamic career in French TV as a reporter, anchor and Science dept. head. Mrs Nathalie Bourdon: Member of the Board responsible for worldwide development
of all of the properties under a master License with Archeos Entertainment.
Mrs Nathalie Bourdon, with over 25 years of experience in Television production & distribution, is a leader in the Distribution industry having spent the last 12 years specializing in comedy. Her knowledge and expertise in production as well as post- production in overseeing a project from beginning to end, is essential in planning the globalization of a brand.
Nathalie is an IEMMY member and is a jury member of the IEMMY Awards (Non-Scripted Comedy Europe). In addition, she also hosts a jury for Scripted Comedy at the Banff World Media Festival. Nathalie is a board member for two multimedia companies. She holds a double MBA from McGill University and HEC, and knows how to put forth a creator?s vision with an evolving international market.
Eric Castro: Member of the Board responsible for Corporate Governance
Eric Castro is the co-founder of Recyc-Mattress Inc. A company established in 2007 and dedicated to preventing the landfill of used mattresses. Today Recyc-Mattress Inc. is present in 3 countries with 3 recycling facilities in Canada, two in the United States and 2 in France.
At the present time, Eric Castro sits on the board of directors of PicMile, a social media company.
In 2013, the Young Chamber of Commerce of Montreal awarded Eric Castro the "Socially Responsible Young Business Leader" award for his 12 years in the Waste and Recycling field.

Vision Films, a worldwide distributor of independent films, documentaries and music has announced today the signing of their deal with Montreal-based Archeos Entertainment (NASDAQ: ACRO) for production funding and development of a motion picture slate to be produced in Canada by XII Tribes Entertainment.
The deal, which was finalized during Marché du Film at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, was put into place by Lise Romanoff, Vision Films' Managing Director/CEO of Worldwide Distribution, Michel Zgarka, Executive Chairman at XII Tribes, and Ysé Brisson, XII Tribes' COO. With financial backing from Archaeos Entertainment, Vision Films and XII Tribes have planned a number of feature films, with budgets ranging from 3M to 15M, to be produced in Alberta, Canada and distributed worldwide.

I have been quiet the last few weeks being on the road to insure that the properties
ARCHEOS Entertainment has now under a master Licensee agreement would be not
only very well received by the international broadcast and home-entertainment
industries but that several contracts would be signed and sealed.
I am very proud to report to our shareholders, that my last two trips were indeed
very successful and that all of our high-end properties have now found homes
around the globe.
A worldwide distribution agreement has been formally signed last week with
Marvista Entertainment of Los Angeles for the High-Concept/Prime Time Scripted
drama titled SIGNS.
Several other major broadcast deals are pending for our animation property and
should be sealed within the next few weeks.
Announcement of the new Board shall also be made prior to our participation at the
Banff World Media Festival.
As the CEO of Archeos Entertainment I have recently been invited to join the ranks
of others high-profile entertainment executives to be an advisor to the Seoul Drama
Awards Festival as well as a Member of the Jury of the Banff World Media Festival
and of the International EMMY’s.

Vision Films, XII Tribes Entertainment Ink Canadian Movie Slate Deal

The Canadian partner will shoot a number of movies in Alberta before the U.S. distributor shops them worldwide.
U.S. movie distributor Vision Films has inked a film financing and development deal with Canadian financing partner Archeos Entertainment to back a movie slate to be produced in Alberta by XII Tribes Entertainment.
The deal, which was finalized in Cannes, will see a number of feature films ranging in budgets from $3 million to $15 million shot in Canada and distributed worldwide by Vision Films.
The three-way agreement was hammered out by Vision Films’ Lise Romanoff and Michel Zgarka and Ysé Brisson for XII Tribes Entertainment.
“XII Tribes' expertise in production, in combination with Vision Films’ expertise in worldwide distribution, will allow for us to produce content in Canada that has great global appeal,” Romanoff, managing director and CEO of worldwide distribution at Vision Films, said Monday in a statement.

HE5 Resources Corp soon to be Archeos Entertainment (all documentation has been filed with FINRA) is restructuring its board of directors which shall be announced within a few days.
We will continue to structure the company to maximize the interest of our shareholders. The name change is in effect and it should be reflected shortly.
We will stick to our policy of never using stock promoters nor paying any companies for such a service. We are working towards solidifying our company thus further increasing the market value of each of our entirety.
All of these steps will take time and funds, so please be patient with us as we undertake the arduous task of bringing up our renewed public company.
I would also like to assure everyone that all current activities on our stock is between existing shareholders and not from past management or related to management. We will? strictly? work through the guidelines of the SEC and file the necessary documents when management decides? to buy, sell or issue stock. We clearly intend to protect our investors from insider trading. Unfortunately we can’t do anything about the habits of other potential investors wishing to gain quick profits with quick sell offs.

Archeos Entertainment has hired Mr. Michel Zgarka as their new CEO. Mr. Zgarka will replace Mr. Gentille on April 16th, 2013 once he returns from MIP TV in Cannes representing Archeos Entertainment. This will be the first phase of structuring Archeos Entertainment. Mr. Zgarka will create his board and the Board will hire the Management needed to successfully bring Archeos Entertainment worldwide presence.
Michel Zgarka has over 30 years experience in the entertainment industry. He is a great asset and he will bring a vision and set a coarse and achievable goals for the company to aspire to. XII Tribes Entertainment has signed a co-production and an Executive Production in charge of worldwide distribution deal with Executive Producer/Director Amir Azimi to work on a number of multi-level properties currently in development and production. The production value of the three productions are estimated at 7.5 Million dollars.
The three projects estimate to generate a substantial revenue due to the nature of the productions. Reality shows generate four to six times the production value.
The infrastructure and the output deals that XII tribes and Archeos Entertainment are currently negotiating can certainly bring these productions to that same level of revenues.
The introduction of these projects will bring the production value of XII Tribes Entertainment well over 50 Million Dollars. This is a substantial increase of 10% in just a few months.

XII Tribes Entertainment has signed a distribution agreement with FrostByte Media/Entertainment One for the production of "Angel of Brothels." This will give the production access to markets nationwide.
XII Tribes Entertainment has completed the first trailer of its production "Angel of Brothels". The production is being supported by the U.N. At this time we are waiting for written consent from the United Nations to publically disclose information within the documentary. This approval letter will be released immediately upon receipt.
The production of "Angel of Brothels" is a docudrama that brings awareness towards human trafficking and the effects that it has on the lives of the women caught in that horrible quandary and their families.

Telos Digital Television Network announced today a completed deal with XII Tribes Entertainment for the US Syndication Rights to the high concept, prime-time drama “HIT WOMEN.” Telos Digital Television Network continues to expand their coverage markets and is thrilled to have this exciting program as part of their offerings.
XII Tribes Entertainment and Telos Digital Network have also previously signed a deal for the US syndication Rights to “Signs”, the first prime time property owned by XII Tribes Entertainment.
As Telos Digital Television Network continues to expand their coverage of the top US Markets (Portland ME, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Dallas-Ft. Worth, New York City, Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Philadelphia, Louisville), their programming is drawing new producers, like XII Tribes Entertainment.
One of the greatest aspects of the Telos Digital Television Network is the fact that it will be shown on over-the-air channels or “free TV.” Telos is also be available on traditional channels over the air, along with Cable, satellite and digital. Additionally, Telos streaming allows viewers to watch on their iPads, iPods and home and office computers.

Our two (2) TV and one theatrical docudrama productions will be showcased to the international major buyers. The MIPCOM world’s international buyers market will also give us the opportunity for Archeos Entertainment to view and maybe purchase entertainment catalogues (finished productions properties for resale).This will increase pour exposure to major distribution companies, which are looking for production properties.

Our board of Directors have approved the proposed acquisition of THIRTY FIVE PERCENT (35%) OF XII TRIBES ENTERTAINMENT (7918585CANADA INC.) by Archeos Entertainment Corp.
The proposed acquisition would bring together a strong production value to Archeos Entertainment Corp.
XII Tribes Entertainment has a production value of $48 Million. It is comprised of Three (2) TV Series, One (1) Docu-drama TV Film, and three (3) feature films.
