Craigstone, Ltd. as you found out through their website (if you want to call it that) is a venture capitalist firm from London, England. Everyone can check it out here. At least they have a website though. Some of these VC's barely have a working phone number.

I haven't been able to find out too much about their actions in the USA, yet. However, they do show up under US Highland, Inc (UHL*N) when you do a sec.gov search. They first show up as part of a share purchase agreement with two other firms in the 8-K on 6/1/2012 here. However, the amount of shares they are purchasing isn't released until this filing. They apparently purchased 22,666,667 shares that they can begin converting after 7/2/2013 at $0.045 per share. Even though the Form 3 doesn't label them as restricted shares, it doesn't take a genius to see not many of those shares have been converted in the last year. US Highlands is currently trading at $0.36/share and is being traded on very thin volume. FYI, if anyone owns UHL*N, I would seriously consider getting out in the next week or so...just saying.

The point of that is Craigstone entered into that share purchase agreement for a conversion of $0.045/share when the pps of UHL*N was at the time $1.00/share. The same Craigstone has now entered a share purchase agreement with NHYT for $0.03/share within the next 90 (or possibly 120) days while the current pps is under $0.02/share.

They obviously think $0.03 is a bargain, and most likely know something that we don't. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm certainly buying more next week. NHYT looking good, even if the chart is doing something funky at the moment. I'll post an annotated chart later.
