is there another way to sell or buy, perhaps intrastate,
or somebody whom wants to trade without a formal stock exchange?

does anybody want to buy my 5000 shares for four cents per share?

I presume everything is illegal, immoral, fattening, or
carcinogenic if not conforming to the normal regulatory processes

so, never mind if one can't make a legalistic private contract with a buyer
