They were happy enough to allow us to exit, 
still some negotiating remaining but we are all on good terms and is being done in good faith and I honestly don't think there will be any problems. Remember, they are getting some of the new shares, they want us to succeed as much as anyone. As for the ongoing negotiations I will let you guys know when all is settled, but may take a while and it would not serve us well to lay it out here yet. Promise I will comment on it when I can but lets let it be for the time being.
