Important! There are currently 10 operating biomass plants in the state of Michigan:
Three of those were Primary Power's Plants(30%). That was our CFO's company(CEO..et al). Review once again here...focus on Grayling especially....but please note the financing and everything else regarding such. If I have to spell it out for you...then shame on you..experience...experience...backing...backing!!!!!!!! DO NOT THINK SMALL!!
After divesting three of the eight original plants....the rest were sold in 2008(2 in Canada/3 in the U.S). He also sold his tire recycling facility(TDF) to Fortistar as well. It was one of the 20 largest facilities in the country.
