I agree that they are missing some opportunity in the market- they claim to have a private investor and thats great but all past financings have used shares and when they do money raises and cause additional dilution because they are giving shares away for under 3 cents they are missing the value a higher PPS brings..

First and foremost running the business is most important but a little attention in this area would help them and there shareholders.

The company was not depending on Hangover 3 that a marketing avenue. The company has a private investor and is not out active in the market for money. This is a long term thing and down the road we will be bringing on an IR firm. When we do we will make public announcement. The stock will go up as we build the brand and based on our sales and that is what we know. Hangover 3 was a marketing promo and to build the brand not the stock it was aimed ant the consumer. We knew that would have nothing to do with stock price. We are not worried about the stock. We know if we continue to do are job and build the brand the stock price will reflect in time. This a new category and our company is less than a year old being public. We are focused on sales and distribution.
