Yeah I am not exactly sure. I do not think that Tim Algier is a con-artist by any means and that the business just never took off the ground after having a large potential when management/connections split ways and he went about restructuring it. I do know that the company is still listed on the Austin Home Reconstruction page for businesses as well as LBI renewable still lists them as a distributor (with them having updated their page), so theoretically they may still be in business just very dormant and anything they may (or may not have going on) is probably going to be worked on in silence before informing shareholders at this point.

I find it intriguing that someone took a net buy of 5million (maybe 7million w/ the "sell" meaning someone [the same entity?] bought those shares) between .005-.008 with the majority of it being at .006-.007. While it may be someone gearing up to try to flip it after creating momentum or some other type of information/activity, I do not know. But I do find it intriguing.

Unfortunately the things I was expecting for this stock fell through, but if you look at Haiti where I was most excited about... unfortunately that situation is still in dire need of help. Barely any of the promised money has been issued the Haitian populace.

I still maintain my position but for me it is much more speculative/see if Tim revives the company more than the high probability that I once thought of them landing massive contracts through their connections/ideas.

Time shall tell the final story as always.
