HIMX -.43 to 5.78, correcting sharply after announcing 22M shares for sale by a major shareholder .... roughly 13% of shares o/s. Stock hit a high of $8.19 last month.

Still not cheap at 14x analyst estimates for 2013, but it's strong growth story in the semiconductor sector, so probably won't drop too much more.

I began accumulating shares this morning and will be adding on further weakness.
