Shareholders of National Market stocks can sue via class action for losses recovery, but OTC fraudsters are masters at avoiding any accountability by various tactics, like the SAEI fraudsters disappearing with the money defrauded from stock purchasers.

Hundreds of thousands of OTC shareholders are defrauded by scams every year.

It is a National disgrace for scams to flourish.
