It could take a few days for every Brokerage to receive the DTCC information removing the global lock.

FWIW, Brokerages cannot deny sell orders when a DTCC chill or global lock has been removed but they can deny buy orders which substantially limits liquidity. Check with your Brokerage to learn what their policies are regarding formerly chilled or globally locked stocks that have been cleared to trade by the DTCC.
