More than 90% of the US corn and soybean supply is GM, and growers are not going to switch back en masse to conventional seed that produces a lower yield during the next 5 years. (I know what I’m talking about because I follow the ag-biotech industry, and such companies as MON, very closely.)

Bottom line: If WFM wants to sell only non-GMO products starting in 2018, they will have to forego many SKU’s they currently carry.
