Note the words in BOLD below from the May 15th Supplemental filing, June is going to be a really great month with all these events transpiring at around the same time. I'm not really worried if the PPA gets delayed either for a couple of more weeks as once must consider and realize you STLK is dealing with a government owned electrical utility in Costa Rica.

Audit Report/ Future Filings

Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman & Co. (RRBB) has completed our audit and is awaiting our final presentation of financial statements. Due to the sensitive nature of our next filing, we are hiring a consultant to assist us in this task. We have audited our three operating companies (STL Marketing Group, Inc., Versant Corporation, and Energia Renovable Versant SRL) over a two-year period (2011 and 2012).

SEC Filings

Due to the timing of the audit, the Company now needs to have an audit review for this last quarter in order to comply with the SEC’s requirements. Once our audited financials and quarterly review are approved, management will sign off on the necessary documentation and our legal team will file the initial forms with the SEC. We are hoping to have this all completed by early June. During this entire process there could be additional questions or clarifications required from the SEC. As
such, we expect to enter the process, but cannot determine how long it may take for us to complete the work to become a “fully reporting” company.
