The company just recently started into a new business. Also, check the recent 8K where a new CEO took over who already has established clinics and 25 years in the business. They may join businesses / merge or send each other business. The fact that the new CEO has a similar business is a major plus IMO. NITE seems to me to have traded funny on this of late. Lots of BUYs went off and it stayed .055(4) x .06(1) and then a few sells and NITE was at .055 x .06 helping the other MM out. Then today it tightens to .057 x .059 and a small sell for $570 goes off and NITE went to .051x.059 -- Just seems like future news is bound to come pretty soon and this will result in the beginning of movement. Likely at least a double for halfsies and be free IMO.
