As the day moves on I will try to get a clearer picture. All what I know is that E.G. is much deeper in the whole than one could have thought.

He will have a lot of explaining to do at a certain day. Especially about his past which is now invetigated again and about this baby here.

ON April 13, 2012 Eric Grushkin filed a Fictitious Business Name Statement in Orange County, CA for “All American Brands”.

Sounds very similar to “All American Pet Brands” doesn’t it ? What could have been Eric’s motive for securing this fictitious business name for his own personal use, and might it have had any bearing relative to his past efforts to oust Barry and Lisa from AAPT, and/or his departure from AAPT ?

I am not defending the company at all for weak points they may have had or still have on the side of execution, however, with reference to those 10K and 10Q being late, I will and cannot blame them after all what I found out, what E.G. did. I am pretty sure, that the lawyer for AAPT informed the SEC about this exceptional situation.
