no... the pay back the debt has something to do with the amount of time FNMA and FMCC stays under conservatorship.
End of June, FNMA is set to pay $59 Bln back to the treasury. That is already established and has been made public. With the housing market back on the rebound, profitable qtrs will continue and that will create big money interest... it is already in the making as we speak. Hedge funds are buying into this now.
show me a company which makes over billions of dollars in profits every quarter selling under $10.... very few if any and maybe none. This is currently at $4!!!
