Likely in fact. Solomon does not want the stock to rise dramatically and then crash as so many offerings do. He would rather see it rise gradually and continuously. Penser however will be a market maker in the stock and no doubt would like to have the opportnity to unload a lot of shares for a quick,significant profit. My guess is this is the crux of the battle that is going on. Penser is not acting like they work for us but rather like we work for them.
