Collagenna and Cingx Corp are no longer part of TMXN. Because of the death of David Solomon(coo on the nvsos), the acquisition became to difficult to get done. Michael Arnkvarn then acquired PTSH. He will take the shell current do a name change and has reduced the share structure. Everything will be done to insure success.
