Thanks for the heads up Mr. B.

I've been unable to find any new pumps on this one. I can't explain the rise in price...

Here's the full letter and some of my commentary:

letter to shareholders

As with many accomplishments, they are typically accompanied by some challenges.

OOPS!!!!

Recently, we announce the launch of our Web 4.0 Tablet, a "first of its kind" tablet that can receive information and instructions without the user needing to touch the tablet, utilizing voice input or incorporate any peripheral device. During our inspection stage of the first run we recognized some software challenges contributing to the delay of our launch, announced in our press release dated March 11th. We are working with our partners to rectify these issues and bring this revolutionary tablet to the market.

translation: This is pure vaporware anyway. WTF is a tablet that utilizes NO input??? Don't hold your breath on this one...

Our TeliPad, sold under CocoBlue USA has experienced great success in Asia. Our partner CocoBlue has sold over 60,000 units to China Mobile and recently sold 3,000 units to Yemen Mobile. During our pre-order stage we found some limitations with the operating platform on the TeliPad device. The TeliPad worked great with the Android platform, however the Application on the iPhone would not accommodate the device creating inconsistency with its functionality. We have since signed an agreement with Campfire, a Latin American based company who is currently test marketing the product in Mexico.

Wait a minute. Look at this image we published on our website 3 months ago. Doesn't that imply we had >100000 "pre-orders" back then???

Wait a minute. Didn't we market this as an iPad-mini cell-phone device??? And, oh, it doesn't work with iOS???

But good news, the TeliPad is the official cell phone of the Yemeni Taliban!!!!

On September 25, 2012 we signed a Letter of Intent to acquire FrogPad Inc., a company focused on develop and distribute hardware and software products that utilize alternative text-entry system, which held multiple patents related to multi-touch interface systems (the "FrogPad"). During our due diligence stage we were uncomfortable with some elements of the acquisition and we decided to pursue other avenues. The company will take the appropriate write down addressing the loss.

Don't need FrogPad no more. That pump and dump is long over...

Each of these experiences has prepared us to move forward faster, recognizing when challenges quicker and managing expectations of our partners and their capabilities.

More P&Ds to look forward to!!!

Fraudulently yours,

JJ and Oscar
