I have looked into the possibilities of this thing filing for bankruptcy protection, and there is a very good chance that it does not have to even without financing in place, and here is why. The Gonzales plant is cashflow neutral and all the loses are from executive overhead. My guess is these guys will not demand their money and force the Bankruptcy and no other creditor will either. Instead they will likely run this another few years and accumulate a huge debt owed to the CEO and CFO and then loan the company a small amount of money in exchange for warrants that will effectively wipe out every existing shareholder in another r/s!!!
