Every big board stock has it's own rubber band effect numbers. Just try different simple MA ENVOLOPES ON A 3 YEAR CHART, TILL YOU SEE WHERE THEY SNAP BACK TO THE 50 DAY ma or all the way past the 50 day.

But since all indexes track pretty well, the S&P's 6 & 8% also works for the Dow.

As for TVIX I see zero reason to want to own it. It matches zero of what I've been posting about. No chart pattern, No positive TA and no increasing volumes, not even a single bottom bounce which has broken 1st resistance.
