Buyout good or bad?

Delay in their 10-Q for this Multinational company, with cash flow on the last quarterly and progressively improving financials. Source in PA confirms closed door discussion of buyout. Is this a good thing for share price? They are still 5 months away from debt payment on September 30. Would seem to early to announce bankruptcy filing IMHO. Thoughts?
