Yanik, while the delays sure get old, I believe it is a huge positive for the people who believe in this and can not afford much, but buy a little each payday. This is a "lifechanger" IMHO and I would like to see as many people who "believe" profit to the extent they can.

If WMIH is waiting on the claims to be settled/expunged before announcing their business plan, this could be upwards of another year. Regardless of what other people say, I believe that WMIH is waiting for the claims process because if they announce a capitalization process for WMIH, I have no doubts the claimants will file tons of suits.

With our court system, there is very little worry about filing bogus claims as we have seen. There is no doubt IMHO, that Susman has been delaying according to the claims process. If WMIH is indeed a three way deal with GS, WMILT, WMI and I believe it is, then there is no way they can announce anything until the claims process is over.
