I just started an investigation, I contacted FINRA and they responded, the girl was very prompt with the response and helpful. She then forwarded me a securities regulator contact here in Canada, because my firm is here in Canada, I was forwarded to another person whom I spoke with yesterday, they have a department that looks after these type of issues. So I will be waiting to be contacted by late this week or early next week. The firm that you deal with should hold some responsibility, in getting some answers, I will have to wait and see. I wish, at least the new CEO would show that he still exists, the few weeks have turn in to a year now and no updates at all. frustrating to say the least, especially when the stock price just kept dropping.
