It could, but who knows what is going on behind the scenes. If it is a legit business transaction between Real-View and MSSD, I wonder what in the hell Real-View viewed as the benefit to this. They apparently need a lot of money, so other than the hope of getting that money I am clueless. This Oscar is probably slicker than we thought.
